This instructions may serve you as orientation at installation. If you think that you are not capable to install a warming handles let the expert do the job. I don’t take any responsibility. I install SAITO warming handles from Louis shop. They have three grade heating.
You need to remove the old one away. The easiest way is with a screw-driver. Push the screw-driver between handle-bar and rubber (at gas-handle look after the plastic), then round off to remove rubber from the handle-bar. After this procedure you can easily remove the old handles from the handle-bar. Clean the handle-bar. If you have a stabilizer device on handle-bar, you must cut the end part off so you can screw up a stabilizing device. Smear the handle-bar with glue (I was using Neostik glue) and immediately put the handles on. CAUTION !! Gas-handle has a wider hole! Be careful how you install gas-handle, so that connection cable won’t disturb you at breaking. I have to use a hammer and peace of wood (as lining); handles were difficult to put back.

Electrical part
Problem with warming handles is that they use a lot of energy ; if you forget to switch them off when you already switch-off motor-cycle, it will empty your battery. The best way to prevent this is to find plus (+) while your motor-cycle is still on.
At Varadero I was using plus (+) for switching on ventilator. I doubt that I will be using the ventilator while I have warming handles. Cable on which you connect handles must be at least as thick as it is cable of handles.
I think that it’s not necessarily to install relay. The switch is strong enough, safety-fuse is added (if not you must add it).
That’s all for now. I wish you a worm hands while driving. If you want to ask me something just click here.
